Alamogordo High School Tigers were Defeated by Centennial in Monday Basketball Play

The Alamogordo Tigers Basketball boys and girls hosted Centennial on Monday. 

Centennial Boys led Alamogordo 12-10 after the first quarter. Centennial led Alamogordo 28-23 at the halftime. The 3rd  quarter ended witb Centennial leading Alamogordo 41-36. The game concluded with Centennial defeating Alamogordo 56-46. Game stats showed William Bynum leading the Tigers with 13 points, Isiah Richards had 9, Jaedyn Hernandez with 6 and Marcus Bryant Jr had 5. The Tiger Boys record dropped to 8-9 and 0-1 in the district. The Tigers next play at Organ Mountain on Thursday.

On the girls side the lady Tigers were defeated by Centennial 59-36.
Points leaders included Addyson Gonzalez and Teeya Gordon each with 16 points to lead the Lady Tigers.  The Lady Tigers dropped to 3-14 and 0-1 in district. They next host Organ Mountain on Thursday.
