Alamogordo Tiger Tennis competed with Alamogordo Girls defeating Centennial 6-3 and the Centennial Boys defeating Alamogordo 5-4.

Both teams next play at Las Cruces on Tuesday.

Girls Singles

Mackenzie Stitt, Talee Westover, Gabrielle Santiago and Shelby Stitt win in straight sets

Reese Gentry and Ryan Amberson won in 3 sets

Jaden Narvaez/Amberson won in straight sets and Reese Gentry/Jaxon Spencer won in 3 sets

In baseball Mayfield swept Alamogordo, 1-0 in Game 1 and 7-4 in Game 2. The Tigers drop to 5-13 and 0-9 in district. The boys next host Las Cruces on Tuesday.

In regional baseball action Tularosa defeated Mescalero Apache 16-3. The Wildcats improved their record to 10-8 and 3-0 in the district. They next play at Lordsburg on Tuesday for a doubleheader.

The Chiefs dropped to 4-12 and 1-1 in the district. They next host Capitan on Thursday.

In Girls Softball, Mesilla Valley Christian defeated Mescalero Apache 11-0. The Lady Chiefs are now 6-10, 0-5 in the district. They next play at Tularosa on Thursday for a doubleheader.

Softball - Alamogordo swept Mayfield, 13-3 in Game 1 and 14-10 in Game 2. The Lady Tigers improve their record to 17-3 and 8-1 in the district. They next play at Las Cruces on Tuesday.
