Alamogordo High School District Swim Results and more

Swimming - Alamogordo Girls finished 5th and the Boys 7th at Saturday's District 3/4 Championships in Artesia.

Tiger Swimming next competes at the State Meet on February 23rd and 24th.

Boys Basketball - Organ Mountain defeatedAlamogordo 52-40. Jason Warren and Deonta Bynum each had 11 points to lead the Tigers, Kai Bickham and Damiran Smith each with 6 points. The Tigers drop to 14-9, 4-3 in district and next host Mayfield tonight, Friday.

Boys Basketball - Tularosa defeats Cloudcroft 67-17. Estevan Barraza led the Wildcats with 14 points, Dillon Salazar had 11 and Zaine Hodges had 8.

Jacob Dodson led the Bears with 8 points and Nacho Hughes had 5.

Wildcats improve to 18-4, 5-0 in district and next play at Capitan on Saturday. The Bears drop to 6-12, 1-3 in district and next host Lordsburg on Thursday.

Girls Basketball -Organ Mountain defeated Alamogordo 48-41. Abby Vazquez led the Lady Tigers with 14 points, Elizabeth Needham had 12 points and 8 rebounds, Teeya Gordon with 8 points and 12 rebounds.

The Lady Tigers drop to 12-11, 3-4 in district and next play at Mayfield on Friday, tonight on the road.

Girls Basketball - Tularosa defeated Cloudcroft 55-8. Aaralyn Stephens led the Lady Cats with 17 points, RayAnn Chavez had 9, Nevaeh Apachito with 8 and Maycee Griffin had 7.

Nova Rollerson had 3 for the Lady Bears.

The Lady Cats improve to 17-6, 5-0 in district and next play at Capitan on Saturday. The Lady Bears drop to 5-16, 0-4 in district and next host Lordsburg on Thursday.
