Stan Ford, Nature Photographer Showing at the Otero Artspace
Otero Arts welcomes back Stan Ford, nature photographer, for a solo show in October. The exhibit continues through October and closes on Saturday the 24th at 4pm. Free exhibition hours are Thursday thru Sunday 1 pm to 4 pm.
This past May, Ford was the artist-in-residence at the Valles Caldera National Park. Ford said, “That was a thrill and a bucket list experience for me.”
This was the third time he has been selected by the National Park Service to teach photography at one of their parks. “We teach the basics of night/astro-photography and shoot at different locations in the preserve like Longmire’s Cabin (from the TV series “Longmire”) and The “Missing” Cabin (from Ron Howard’s film starring Tommy Lee Jones and Cate Blanchet).”Most of the workshops have been centered upon night photography.
The classes are free and there is always a lengthy waitlist. This year the class was fortunate to see the Northern Lights,” said Ford.

Million-nine for the bakery, million for a theatre scam. These uneducated skells pass out money to sheis for what? They're not even good ideas. 3 mil and they don't know? Why doesn't we hire out side auditor like the FBI?
Sunny, with a high of 74 and low of 54 degrees. Sunny for the morning, clear in the afternoon and evening,
The choice we have this year is between a sliperycoxsuker and an exabuser. Can one straight person step up for us to support?
I find it interesting that the rhetoric posted is eerily similar amongst all these brave individuals with their interesting stage names. Too bad they didnt use a good one like Biggus Dickus.
Very grateful to Hilary Clinton and Kamala Harris for showing us what happens when political ladies have vision. Looks like a smoky cloud; she's pushing around.
They'll do the right thing. Vote for Gracie, a political lady, with vision in the smoky tradition.
