Sports Roundup Tularosa Baseball Wildcats 2023 District 3-2A champions!

In Track and Field the Mescalero Apache Boys finished 6th and the Girls 9th, Cloudcroft Girls finished 5th and the Boys 7th at Friday's Tiger Invitational in Capitan.

Mescalero and Cloudcroft next compete at District 3-2A Championships on Saturday in Capitan.

Softball updates include the Alamogordo Lady Tigers swept  Gadsden, winning 15-0 in Game 1 and 11-1 in Game 2.
Congratulations to Seniors Rainn Daily and Mariah Granados on a great Tiger career in sports.

The Lady Tigers finish regular season at 19-7, 12-3 in district. The state playoff brackets announced Sunday at 5:30 PM on are found at www.nmact.org .

The Tularosa Girls swept Lordsburg, winning 14-7 in Game 1 and 14-4 in Game 2.  The Lady Cats improve their record to 17-7 and an undefeated 10-0 in district and they will finish regular season on Tuesday vs. Capitan.

The Capitan Softball Girls swept Mescalero Apache, winning 16-6 in Game 1 and 11-4 in Game 2.  The Lady Chiefs finish regular season 8-14, 1-11 in district.

In Baseball the Alamogordo Tiger Boys split the doubleheader vs. Gadsden. The Tigers won 15 to 6 in Game 1. The Panthers won 12 to 4 in Game 2.  The Tigers finished regular season 5-21 and 3-12 in district.

Tularosa Baseball Boys defeated Capitan 16 to 0.  Congratulations to the Wildcats  they are the 2023 District 3-2A champions!
