Alamogordo Girls finish 6th and the Boys finish 9th at the Leroy Gooch Invitational at Alto Lakes GC in Ruidoso.The Mescalero Apache Boys finished 14th.

Santa Rosa High School defeated the Tularosa Boys 4-2. The Wildcats drop to 4-7 and next play at Estancia on Saturday.

Organ Mountain High School defeated the Alamogordo High Tiger Boys 2-1. The Tigers drop to 2-13 and are 0-4 in district . They next host Organ Mountain on Thursday with a doubleheader.

Softball

The Alamogordo Tiger girls defeated Organ Mountain High Girls 3 to 2. The Lady Tigers improved their record to 8 and 7. The Tiger Girls are now 1 and 3 in the district. They next play at Organ Mountain on Thursday also in a doubleheader.
