Following the parade, the community is invited to Alameda Park from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. for the Sounds of Freedom festival, hosted by Burt Broadcasting and the City of Alamogordo.Festival highlights include:• Live music by DJ Rico and rock band Seven Stone• Kids’ zone with zip lines, inflatables, obstacle courses, climbing wall, and petting zoo• Beer garden and classic car show presented by Desert Suds Car Wash & Detail• Food trucks and artisan vendors from across Otero County• Free admission for all ages
