What in tarnation does this monkey-shine lady know about our water system? With a B.A. in business from 30 years ago, the story you wrote was that she got elected because she's black. "Historic", you wrote. Like Obama, suddenly every word is gold and every decision for us is the right one.
The way our block sees it is that all these problems are because people who grew up here get elected, and they keep the ones with ideas out so they can pose for pictures or get free tickets. Doing the same thing over and expecting different results is mental illness.
Imagine the internal misery that causes someone to make such a statement about the Mayor and the presentation of facts.
