Why does this strike me as being akin to a kindergarten graduation?
in the midst of a drought; in a locale where the bonito lake fire removed 30% of the domestic water supply for over 10 years; when desalination projects are turning up more frequently?
news flash - climate change may not be popular but it's real - and having, conserving, and improving water utilities, supplies, and infrastructure is deadly serious...not kindergarten at all.
