In Memory of Timothy “Eric” Clark

Timothy “Eric” Clark passed away peacefully at his home in Alamogordo, New Mexico on June 10, 2026, surrounded by his family after a courageous six-year battle with cancer. Eric was born on January 8, 1975, in Altus, Oklahoma.

Eric graduated from Alamogordo High School in 1993 and went on to live a life defined by hard work, resilience, and devotion to his family. A true jack of all trades, he built a life through many skills and professions including construction, auto mechanics, property management/maintenance, artistic welding, woodworking, and geological testing. Above all, his most important role was caring for his family and raising his children, which he did with pride, strength, and unwavering love.

Eric is survived by his beloved wife, Jaime Clark; his daughter, Skylar Singletary (Brian); his son, Lucas Clark; his mother, Susan (Layne) Clark; his siblings, Shane Clark (Debbie), Bryan Clark, Brett Clark (Cristy), and Kerri Clark. He is also survived by his cherished grandson, Knox Singletary; along with his father-in-law, John Norris; mother-in-law, Debra Norris; brother-in-law, Cayton Norris; as well as many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and chosen family who will miss him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Louise Layne, James and Zena Clark; father, Anthony “Tony” Clark; several aunts and uncles.

A Memorial Service for Eric will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Alamogordo Funeral Home. Eric was a man of comfort and acceptance; we ask that you come as you are. Please wear whatever makes you most comfortable. Services will be live streamed through the funeral home for those who cannot attend.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center or a cancer research/treatment facility of your choice.

Eric will be remembered for his strength, versatility, and unwavering commitment to the people he loved. His generous heart, never-ending humor, determination to stand up for others, and willingness to lend a hand were unmatched. His legacy lives on in the family he worked so hard to support and the many lives he touched.
