At the New Mexico Museum of Space History join this Friday for the monthly Launch Pad Lecture!
What: The monthly Launch Pad Lecture at the New Mexico Museum of Space History. Museum Executive Director Chris Orwoll will present “We Chose to Go to the Moon: Kennedy’s Speech and the Space Race.”
When: Friday, May 6, 2022, at 9:00 am.
Where: Take the elevator up to the second floor!
Why: The event is free and open to the public. Coffee and donuts are compliments of the International Space Hall of Fame Foundation.
The next Launch Pad Lecture will be held on Friday, June 3.
The topic will be “The Feather and the Hammer: Apollo 15 at 50,” presented by Museum Executive Director Chris Orwoll.
The New Mexico Museum of Space History, a Smithsonian Affiliate, is a division of the NM Department of Cultural Affairs.
