HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. — Team Holloman proudly honored four outstanding senior master sergeants who have been selected for promotion to Chief Master Sergeant, the highest enlisted rank in the U.S. Air Force, joining the elite top 1% of the enlisted force.
The 2026 Chief Master Sergeant selects from the 49th Wing are:
• Chief Master Sgt. select Junior Almonte, 8th Aircraft Maintenance Unit superintendent
• Chief Master Sgt. select Michael Dizon, 49th Operations Group functional area manager
• Chief Master Sgt. select Julie Lince, 54th Operations Support Squadron host aviation resource management chief
• Chief Master Sgt. select Jesse Simmons, 849th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron maintenance superintendent
The selects and their families were recognized during a special celebration hosted by Holloman leadership on January 6, 2026. Col. John Ethridge, 49th Wing commander, presented each with a certificate of promotion amid congratulations, gifts, and remarks highlighting their exceptional service and leadership.
Combined, the four Airmen bring more than 80 years of dedicated service to the Air Force. Almonte and Lince each have over 24 years of experience, Dizon more than 21 years (including the last two at Holloman), and Simmons more than 18 years. Their promotions reflect outstanding performance and commitment to mission excellence at Holloman Air Force Base.

When they released the files, besides victim information, why was anything redacted?
