Alamogordo, NM — It’s a proud week for Alamo Tiger athletics as student-athletes continue to make their mark on the field and beyond.
Kade Kiss Signs with New Mexico Junior College
Alamogordo High School senior Kade Kiss has officially signed his National Letter of Intent to play baseball at New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs. The standout Tiger infielder has been a cornerstone of the Alamo baseball program, known for his work ethic, leadership, and clutch performances.
“This is a dream come true for Kade,” said a proud supporter after the signing.
The signing marks a major milestone not only for Kade but for the entire Tiger baseball program, which continues to develop collegiate-level talent. Way to go, Kade!
All-District 3-5A Soccer Honors Announced
The District 3-5A All-District Soccer Teams have been announced, and several Alamogordo Tigers are being recognized for their outstanding seasons on the pitch.
Girls Soccer
• 2nd Team All-District:• Nevaeh Boyle (Defender) — A defensive anchor known for her tenacity and field vision.
• Honorable Mentions:• Olivia Morris (Midfielder)
• Zoey Spataro (Striker)
• Ashley Spataro (Striker)
These players brought energy, creativity, and scoring power to the Tigers’ attack.
Boys Soccer
• 2nd Team All-District:• Ryan Amberson (Midfielder) — A dynamic playmaker with a strong presence in the midfield.
• Honorable Mentions:• Kyle Tamayo (Striker)
• Nakoa Perez (Midfielder)
Both contributed significantly to the Tigers’ competitive season with grit and skill.
