Baseball - Mescalero Apache defeated Capitan 14-2. Mescalero also completed a game from last week suspended due darkness, defeating Capitan 15-4. The Chiefs improved their performance to 7-13 and 3-4 in district. They next host Lordsburg on Friday for a doubleheader.

Lordsburg swept Mescalero Apache, 15-0 in Game 1 and 17-1 in Game 2. The Lady Chiefs drop to 2-19 and 0-7 in district. They next play at Mesilla Valley Christian on Wednesday.
