Otero Arts proudly presents an evening of jazz with the accomplished ensemble "Footprints", featuring acclaimed vocalist Jessika Brust, on May 24 at 7:00 PM at Otero Artspace, 12th and Indiana, Alamogordo. This group, led by Dr. Frank (Pancho) Romero, Professor of Music at NMSU, hails from our borderlands region, including Las Cruces and El Paso. Vocalist Jessika Brust has been charming audiences around the world, by land and by sea, for nearly three decades. Jess is a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and is stationed at Ft. Bliss.
The entire month of May at Otero Artspace celebrates our veterans, active military, and their families with the Veterans Arts Showcase, featuring performances, a film screening, workshops, and art exhibit. Accordingly, we are providing a total of 6 FREE tickets for vets or active duty individuals, each with one companion. We are asking all our customers for donations to fund an additional 6 of these free tickets to honor our vets. If you would like to help fund them, please add any amount on the donation line. Ticket donations in excess of the $120 will support Otero Arts.
