Alamogordo High School selected Madisen Flores of Lady Tiger Basketball the 2/7/25 Tiger Athlete of the Week which is sponsored by Tularosa Basin Telephone Company/Tularosa Communications, Inc. and The Winners' Circle and hosted by 101.9 FM and 1230 AM Alamogordo Sports Radio.

Boys Basketball began the week with Organ Mountain defeating Alamogordo 72-59. Marcus Bryant Jr. led the Tigers with 13 points, Jaedyn Hernandez with 9, Ethan Grinder, Isiah Richards, Bryson Bloom and Aaron Herrera each had 6. Then on Thursday Mayfield defeated Alamogordo 60-59. Jaedyn Hernandez led the Tigers with 19 points, Marcus Bryant Jr. has 18, Aaron Herrera, Ethan Grinder and Bryson Bloom each had 6.

The Tiger boys drop to 10 and 14 and 2 eind 6 losses in the district They next host Las Cruces on Monday.

The Lady Tigers began the week with Alamogordo Ladies defeating Organ Mountain 48 to 44. Teeya Gordon led the Lady Tigers with 24 points and Nevaeh Boyle had 9. Then Thursday Mayfield defeated the Lady Tigers 44 to 26.
Teeya Gordon afsin led the Lady Tigers with 14 points. The record for the Lady Tigers dropped to 4 and 20 and 1 win, 7 losses in district. They next play at Las Cruces on Monday.
