Alamogordo Tigers Athlete of the Week and Other Sports Results

This weeks 101.9 FM, 1230 AM Tiger Athlete of the Week recognizes Aaron Borrego of Alamogordo High Tiger Cross Country as the 9/20/24 Tiger Athlete of the Week. The award is sponsored by The Winners' Circle and Tularosa Basin Telephone Company/Tularosa Communications, Inc.

In other sports news in Boys Soccer Deming defeated Alamogordo 4-3. The Tigers drop to 4-4 and open district today, Tuesday vs. Centennial.

in Girls Soccer Roswell defeated Alamogordo 8-0.  The Lady Tigers drop to 7-2 and also next open district at Centennial on today.

Volleyball -Cloudcroft defeated Tatum in 4 sets (25-20, 25-27, 25-14, 25-11). Cloudcroft improved their performance to 5-4 and next hosts Magdalena on today. 

Girls Soccer  note: Alamogordo vs. Organ Mountain on Thursday will kickoff at 7 PM moved from 5 PM due to lack of officials.
