From a scientific stand point, large scale desalinization will not be a viable solution for Alamogordo or Otero county.
This is not a loss for the Trump administration, or the American people.
The suspects were not unlawfully detained, because they were on a military installation whether they knew it or not. And they are now in I.C.E. custody.
Still a win for the American people.
With the current de-facto one party rule on the state level in NM, it will take someone with his level of recognition to have any chance of overcoming it. Still his chances of doing it aren't good.
