ALAMOGORDO, New Mexico — The Organ Mountain Knights from Las Cruces handed the Alamogordo Tiger wrestling team a 45-26 defeat in a hard-fought dual meet at the Tiger Pit on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, wrapping up the Tigers’ home schedule for the season.

Despite strong individual performances from several Alamogordo wrestlers, including pins and technical falls, the Knights capitalized on multiple forfeits and key wins to secure the team victory. The match featured intense action across boys’ and girls’ divisions, with both sides showcasing talent in New Mexico high school wrestling.

Boys’ Results Highlights:

• 106 lbs: Terrence Armijo (Alamogordo) pinned Nathan Jackson (Organ Mountain) in just 27 seconds — a quick and dominant start for the Tigers.
