Holy Temple Church is reaching out to the Community to provide free Backpacks and school supplies to over 300 school aged children from grades 1 through 12. Our theme for this back-to-school initiative is “Backpack Blessings For A bright Future”. In this day and time that we are living in right now, it is very important to us to invest in the next generation, and we believe this is a great start to many more outreach investments to come.
This giveaway is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 2nd at 200 Virginia Avenue from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Each child needs to be present to receive their backpack. Supplies are given out on a first-come-first served basis until everything has been given away.
