In regional Boys Basketball action - Fort Sumner/House defeated Mescalero Apache 70-32 at the Fort Sumner Shootout. Landyn Hiles led the Chiefs with 9 points, Payton Estrada had 7, Avin Yellowcloud and Anthony Yuzos each with 5. The Chiefs drop to 2-7 and next play Springer on Saturday at 2:30 PM.
Boys Basketball Tularosa defeated Oak Grove Academy 64-56. Eluciano Gonzales and Seth Kazhe each had 17 points to lead the Wildcats, Jacoby Apachito had 10 and Fabian Pacheco with 8. The Wildcats improved their record to 5-1 and next host West Las Vegas on January 3rd.

In Girls Basketball Piedra Vista defeated Alamogordo 49-39 at the Clovis Tournament. Teeya Gordon led the Lady Tigers with 17 points, Madi Flores had 6.
Girls Basketball - Bushland (TX) defeated Alamogordo 56-53 at the Clovis Tournament. Teeya Gordon again led the Lady Tigers with 15 points, Madi Flores had 13 and Addyson Gonzalez with 9. The Lady Tigers fell to 0-8 and will play Miyamura on Saturday at 9:45 AM.
Girls Basketball Reserve defeated Cloudcroft 45-31 at the Capitan Tournament. The Lady Bears fall to 4-7 and next play Mountainair on Saturday at 9 AM.

New sidewalks for some neighborhoods. What about the Walker area that is also in her district. Seeing is believing, Walker area has always been ignored.

She championed and approved $12 million dollars worth of Water system upgrades for walker road and yet you choose to ignore that. It is in the design phase with contract bidding to be announed in early 2026 with work to begin in later spring. That is the largest capital investment in Walker Road in over 50 years.
Did anyone see what Senator Charles Grassley is saying about AI yesterday. What does that have to do with this? It might explain why legal systems in many cities are such a mess.
But also: Why is no one talking about the DISMAL low income housing in Alamogordo, and the need to investigate what is going on in those places, and the lack of housing for homeless???????????

I somehow got logged out without doing so since last time I was here. I wanted to view the Flickinger meeting on Facebook but cannot because my account was taken down. I do not attend these public events because of all the attempts to mess with my life already.
