NMAA High School Prep State XC Results, Corbin Coombs Shatters State Record
Organ Mountain High School located in Las Cruces, coached under the leadership of former Alamogordo athlete David Nunez brought home some new hardware after competing in the NMAA 5A State Cross Country meet at Albuquerque Academy on Saturday.
Organ Mountains, Corbin Coombs finished first in the boys 5A race with a time of 14:49.0 breaking the state record by 16 seconds.
Other Organ Mountain Knights finishing in the top ten overall include: Jeron Wisner in 4th place, and 8th grader, Ashly Galaz placing 10th place in the girls race.
The Alamogordo High School Tigers Boys placed 16th.
