Guidance in case of medical emergencies during a roadblock or gate closure:
If someone is stopped during a roadblock or gate closure and feel they are experiencing a medical emergency, they should drive to the front of the roadblock or gate and tell the on-side police officer or gate guard they are having a medical emergency. The police officer or gate guard will then contact the Range Control Office to determine how to proceed from there.

Another disgruntled employee pandering to the government to save whatever failed in real life? Public employees are totally brainwashed into thinking that every problem has to be, and can be, solved by the government. Only they know. Why can't this guy raise the money and buy it to do what his vision is?
Imo, Mr. Dooling’s suggestions seem like a great way to preserve the observatory. If we stand by and watch it be demolished ($10m demo cost), where would the contaminated materials go?
Source of Revenue? For who? Some non-profit that gets government grants to pay for incompetent managers? They can't keep a liquor store open in Cloudcroft. Now, maybe they can make it an RV park.
Sunny, with a high of 86 and low of 71 degrees. Sunny in the morning, clear overnight.
This is really good news because publicly we see that Brian Caesar is Amy Barela's cousin. Both are big fat losers who do nothing but whine and cry after riding the gravy train and doing nothing for decades. Let's Make Alamogordo Great Again and buy some Pampers for the crybabies.
Heck yeah! What size do you wear?
I see constant belittling by Josefosky? Notice what makes political opinions unique. Nobody lectures their electrician about voltage, but this one holds strong opinions on politics and economics because these things feel knowable because of low-education blogs.
What outstanding qualities does Mr. Hernandez possess that got him appointed as a City Commissioner for District 5?
The same as every other member: They're brain-dead poseurs who bully anyone trying to ask a question and therefore gain membership in the butt boy club of old school fools that could screw up a two-car funeral and not get a ticket. And these amateurs run your water system!
Thank you for your continued, detailed coverage of both the County Commission and City Commission meetings. Decisions made by both of these governing bodies directly affect everyone in Otero County, Republicans, Democrats, Independents and Undecided.
this is a sad ending, but certainly not unexpected.
