We stand at the threshold of a new beginning, a new chapter in our lives. The elections may be over, but our work is not done. Now is the time to come together and support those who are working tirelessly to make a difference in our communities.
As we move into a new season, let us not dwell on the past but instead focus on creating a brighter future. Life is a journey filled with successes and failures, love and loss. But it is in these moments that we have the opportunity to grow and make a difference.
We must not allow ourselves to become complacent. We must raise our voices and stand up for what we believe in. We must spread joy and not hate, and be the change that we wish to see in the world.
There is a fire within each and every one of us, a spirit of youthful excitement and passion. Let us not quench that fire, but instead, let it guide us as we work towards a better tomorrow.
Today, I call on each and every one of you to embrace the change, to support the change, and to be the change in your community. Together, we can make a difference. Together, we can create a brighter future for generations to come.
The time to act is now. Let us stand together and make our voices heard. The promise of tomorrow depends on the actions we take today. Today needs you and tomorrow holds the promises of today’s labor.

I have lived here for almost 9 years and have never been to the theater here. As a senior on social security, I can’t afford it. If you can, count your blessings. I make do with the limited entertainment I can get, which often amounts to creating.

government policies are not some far-away thing that plays out like a video game - elections have consequences. it's high time that voters pay attention to what their representatives actually do....not what they say. the trump regime is playing fast and loose with your lives and futures.
Social media “news” outlets are rampant in this community.
First, I can’t afford it. Second, I don’t trust any sources. Why or how can I trust a news source that recently publicized a Veteran’s day parade date wrongly? There has been no explanation. An incorrect date was published on Facebook, too.
That is too true.
this is a useful example of the concept of shared power in our elected governance; the dynamic duo, barela & marquardt, have selected their republican darling - john block. the commissioners in chaves & lincoln counties have picked their favored local folks. now the governor will winnow through the resumes
