many years ago there was a tv advertisement that featured a woman dressed in character, and used the slogan it's not nice to fool mother nature - and that advice still stands. careful planning for future water needs may be the single most important function of local government, and
first; this is a useful reminder that dash cameras and body cameras, serve a great service to both the public and the individual LEO's who wear them.
