as i have said before - "constitutional conservatives" tend not to support any expenditures that don't direct benefit themselves and their supporters, and i believe there is a direct correlation to the fact they think empathy is a weakness.

Interesting article. Would be nice if there was a low cost animal clinic here in Alamogordo. All the Vets here are too high priced. Most people cannot afford the prices.
