Free, will last until there are no questions. Otero County LULAC will host a meeting to outline Weatherization assistance for family homes with qualifying families. Spring is the best time for the work, after the cold of winter passes and before the heat of summer strikes. We hope to inform residents of the Chihuahuita neighborhood, but invite anyone who is interested to attend.
