In Memory of William (Bill) Jack Jr.

William Patrick Jack, Jr. (Bill Jack) passed from this life to join his heavenly family on October 7, 2024. He is preceded by the death of his wife of 49 years and 10 months, Jackie Oneal Jack, and his daughter Shauna Kathleen Jack of whom lived only one day, father William Patrick Jack and mother Verna Aline Wood Jack.

Bill Jack was born February 27, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas. He served his country in the Texas Army National Guard for 31 years including 6 years in the Reserves as a mechanic. He worked for 10 years at Southwest Research in San Antonio, Texas. He also served as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff of Bexar County Texas for 10 years.
He has been a resident of Alto, New Mexico for over 20 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ruidoso.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, leatherwork, painting, woodworking, and dancing. Bill also enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest that he could.

Bill stated his greatest life lessons are to be as good as you can be, be honest, be kind to everyone, help other people whenever you can and to love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, body and soul. That is the way he lived his 78 years.

He is survived by his former wife Geneva Fish Hardage Jack, Dustin Hardage and his family, John Thomas Jack, John Jack, Fred Thomas Jack, Pam Anumiller and his best friend and final caregiver Danielle Bone.
A graveside celebration service will be held at Fort Stanton State Veterans Cemetery, New Mexico at 1:00 PM on October 17, 2024

The Jack family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel. Cremation will take place at PCS.
