The Alamogordo Tigers Varsity Football team hosted Albuquerque High School Friday evening at Tiger Stadium.
The game began with Dylan Hergenreder making a 51 yard touchdown run and Vazquez was XP good. Alamogordo led Albuquerque 7 to 0 with 11:36 to go in the first quarter.
Isaac Houlihan of Albuquerque High ran a 10 yard touchdown run and that pushed Alamogordo and Albuquerque into s tie 7 to 7 with 5:47 to go in the first quarter.
The second quarter found Gabriel Fernandez of Albuquerque making a 31 yard field goal pushing Albuquerque to the lead over Alamogordo 10 to 7 with 10:17 to go in the second quarter.
Then Isaac Houlihan of Albuquerque made a 1 yard touchdown run. Albuquerque led Alamogordo 17 to 7 with 1:27 to go in the 2nd quarter.
Going into halftime Albuquerque led Alamogordo 17 to 7.
Nate Best of Alamogordo ran a 7 yard touchdown run, with Vazquez XP good and
Albuquerque still leads Alamogordo 17 to 14 with 3:20 to go in the 3rd quarter.
The 4th quarter began with Isaac Houlihan running a 4 yard touchdown, Albuquerque led Alamogordo 24 to 14 with 8:54 to go in the 4th quarter.

Albuquerque led Alamogordo 24 to 21 with 5:55 to go in the 4th quarter.
The final showed Albuquerque defeating Alamogordo 24 to 21. The Tigers drop to 0 wins and 3 losses. The Tigers next host Piedra Vista next Friday for Homecoming Week.

this serves as a reminder that in most political structures there exists a "shadow government"; made up of power brokers, financial interests and proverbial good old boys. they are not predisposed to favor change, or folks outside their sphere of influence - but change can only come from outside their sphere.
This is an awesome idea! Too many people posting “as an ordinary citizen” on social media that really are afraid to back up their opinions face to face. With advance notice, it would be awesome to attend!
