Alamogordo Technology Solutions Closed and Evicted After Police Raid and Advisory

What began as complaints on social media posts escalated to complaints and mediation filings with the Better Business Bureau, then a further escalation to civil lawsuits filed for breach of contracted services, and then citizens began complaining during public comments at city commission meetings. Ultimately a police raid occurred, and then a consumer warning from the Alamogordo Police Department that Alamogordo Technology Solutions is unlicensed and illegally operating...

Alamogordo City Clerk Rachel Hughs said there is no business registered with the City of Alamogordo by the name of Alamogordo Technology Solutions.

"There have been complaints regarding this business, and we referred the people to the Alamogordo Police Department," Hughs said to the Alamogordo Daily News.

Now,finally the landlord of the business, White Sands Mall Associates ordered the eviction and closing of Alamogordo Technology Solutions as of 3 pm Friday.

Over the last year complaints and rumblings in the community have persisted about consumers allegedly ripped off by the company, Alamogordo Technology Solutions. Stories of computers not being fixed properly nor timely, used parts being used in repairs and repairs blatantly not done.

The Better Business Bureau website gives Alamogordo Technology Solutions an F rating. It lists seven complaints in the last several months against the company, according to the site. Complaints range from lack of transparency and communication on dates products will be ready to refunds and money allegedly being mishandled.

"On 08/18/2023 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards," according to the website and from there things have spiraled out of control.

In the case of Alamogordo Technology Solutions, they failed to provide a response that "is professional, addresses all significant issues raised by the complainant, includes appropriate evidence and documents supporting the business' position, and explains why any relief sought by the complainant cannot or should not be granted," all of which is a necessity of any business as reported by the Alamogordo Daily News in a March 11th article.

The owner David Pena has been the subject of much litigation in addition to the BBB complaints..

The latest update is as of 3 pm today the business is closed and has been evicted by the landlord at White Sands Mall.

Mr Pena reached out to Alamogordo Town News offering a video concerning the raid by the police and to present his case but has yet to be released to us.

Anthony Lucero from our staff of AlamogordoTownNews.org on streaming KALHRadio.org contacted Mr Pena, only to be deferred to an attorney. An audio of the call can be heard in the link below...
