Congratulations to The Alamogordo High School Athletic Training Program bringing home the 2nd Place Red Trophy at the Athletic Training Challenge State Competition.

Corynn Speer of Lady Tiger Golf named the  4/7/23 Tiger Athlete of the Week is sponsored by The Winners' Circle, 101.9 FM and 1230 AM Alamo Sports Radio.

Tennis - Alamogordo Girls win 9-0 and the Boys 6-3 over Organ Mountain on Thursday.

Both teams next play at Mayfield on Thursday.

Malea Westover, Lily Burling, Eva Westover Maddie Glass, Evony Lopez and Talee Westover win in straight sets.

Malea & Eva Westover, Lopez/Glass & Talee Westover/Burling win in straight sets.

Boys Singles
Brayden Money, Michael Overstreet, Jaxon Spencer and Tyden Spencer win in straight sets

Boys doubles
Overstreet/Jaxon Spencer & Reese Gentry/Money win in straight sets.

Regional Softball results include Alamogordo Softball defeated Mayfield 9-3.
The Lady Tigers improve their record to 11-7, 4-3  and they  next host Mayfield on Thursday for a doubleheader).

In regional baseball action  Mayfield defeated Alamogordo 4-3. The Tiger Boys drop to 3-15 and 1-6 in district. They next play at Mayfield on Thursday for a doubleheader.

The Tularosa High School Boys Baseball team  swept Estancia, 19-1 in Game 1 and 28-4 in Game 2. Wildcats improve to 6-7, begin district on Thursday at Capitan.

On Golf play the Alamogordo Girls finished 6th and the Boys finish 9th at the Leroy Gooch Invitational at Alto Lakes GC in Ruidoso.

Mescalero Apache Boys finished 14th.
