Commissioner Griffin visits New York Avenue with a Positive Message of Hope
Politics is a hard business, and we are hard on our local political establishment, but when politicians do the right thing, we need to ensure we highlight that and spread the word of positivity.
Today, County Commissioner Couy Griffin accompanied by potential investors visited with a mission of learning more about downtown’s present business climate. They did an impromptu visit to learn and engage. He and his accompaniment came with positive thoughts and good questions about the feasibility of small business opportunities in this historic area.
As a business partner in Roadrunner Emporium, we are happy to receive visits from any of our elected officials and thrilled to showcase what we have to offer and what makes us unique partners for area growth and rehabilitation.
We showcased our history and had dialog about the opportunities and struggles before us.
Mr. Griffin, thank you for coming by to visit us and to walk New York Avenue.
Let’s all continue work to build bridges of understanding. Let’s remind ourselves that business, is always a catalyst, that can unite a community, when we put ideology aside and work together as New Mexicans for a greater community.
