On Friday, June 27, 2025, Officers from the Alamogordo Police Department, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, and New Mexico State Police, along with the White Mountain Drug Task Force, worked on a FAST (Fugitive Apprehension and Surveillance Team) operation, resulting in 11 arrests.

FAST is a state-funded operation through the 12th Judicial District Attorney's Office that aims to reduce the warrant backlog within the 12th Judicial District.
