Alamogordo High School Fynn Krafka of the Tiger Wrestling Team is the  1/24/25 Tiger Athlete of the Week which is sponsored by Tularosa Basin Telephone Company/Tularosa Communications, Inc. and The Winners' Circle and hosted by 101.9 1230 AM.

Girls Basketball - Dexter defeated Cloudcroft 39-38. The Lady Bears drop their record to 6-11.

Girls Basketball - Tularosa defeated Cobre 37-34 at the Vicky Lawrence Tournament in Tularosa.  Veronica Blazer led the Lady Cats with 9 points, Cevaeh Hernandez and Emma Ostic each had 7 points.  The Lady Cats improved their game to 6 and 13. They next play Santa Fe Indian School on Saturday at 6 PM.

Girls Basketball -  Santa Fe Indians defeated Tularosa 60 to 25 at the Vicky Lawrence Tournament in Tularosa.  The Lady Cats drop to 6 and 14. They next play at Socorro on Tuesday.

Boys Basketball - Dexter defeated Cloudcroft 62-48. The Bears drop to 8 ans 10. They next play at Mesilla Valley Christian on Tuesday.
