I pray Brandi Danesha Zimmerle will live on in this world… in our hearts and minds as the Angel she was and is now. She was born in Alamogordo, September 4th, 1983 at Gerald Champion hospital during a beautiful rain storm. On March 20th, 2025 she left this earth for her eternal home.
The song, Where Do I Go But to The Lord came on her radio when I turned it on. There are no words…
Brandi graduated from Christ Community School in 2001.
This beautiful young woman went to NMSUA for 2 years and then became an exchange student in her Junior year and traveled to Wurzburg Germany. There she became fluent in German, gained a passion for snowboarding and a love of French Bull Dogs. She graduated from NMSU with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (International Business) in 2006.
Alamotero Land Surveys is where she had spent summers and holidays helping out. Following graduation they employed her as an office Administrator. What she felt was meant to be temporary turned into years. There she helped her father Klad Zimmerle, LS and became part of the legacy he built as a surveyor in this area.
A few years after his death she closed the business and moved on to another position with Jack Wayte. There she felt at some point that she wanted to work with people in a different way. She loved the outdoors, fitness and being able to help others. She spoke of changing her life and she positively did. She worked hard and made it happen (her motto). She became a Powerhouse force and gained her certification in Personal Fitness, Nutrition, and all of this became her hobby. In 2024 Brandi enrolled in San Juan College to earn a degree in Physical Therapy as an assistant.
Her beauty was a testament to her spirit. Through struggles and challenges she always remained constant in her love for family and helping others. Her talents in making beautiful crafts was the way she kept busy when not involved in life.
To acknowledge her life as a gift from God is how every parent would feel.… so I hope she will remain a faithful friend, colleague, sister, family or someone you will always cherish who came into your life.
“It feels like I’m always looking for my place in the world” was how Brandi felt and stated many times.
So I am borrowing some beautiful words I hope can say it all.
“Though she is no longer with us, may her warmth, spirit, and boundless love remain eternal.”
And to Brandi …
“In your quiet strength, you grew, not with loud fanfares, but with the gentle grace of a sunrise,” “Each day, you showed us the beauty of dedication and the power of quiet dreams.” We love you for everything you were, and everything you’re yet to help us become.”
May you be at peace now and forever. My thoughts and love for you will continue to grow…there are no words for the depth of how I love and miss you as God holds you now. May I continue to feel the Peace that surpasses all understanding …you were gone to soon and will always be a part of me. You are my guiding light and the biggest, brightest star of all.
Love and Hugs. Mom
We hope to hold A Celebration of life in the future.
Thank you for the outpouring of love, kind words and relationships that continue as we remember and find strength and beauty in each and every day.
