Michael W. Atterton, born in Dallas County, Texas, on November 28, 1967, passed away surrounded by love and family. A devoted husband, father, and friend, Michael lived a life marked by hard work, laughter, and unwavering dedication to those he cherished most.

After attending vocational school in Phoenix to study mechanics, Michael found his calling on the open road, spending the majority of his adult life as a truck driver. His career reflected his strong work ethic and independent spirit, but his true joy came from the simple pleasures of life-fishing, camping, barbecuing with family, and long conversations with friends.

Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Robin C. Atterton, whose partnership and love were the cornerstone of his life. He also leaves behind his children: Joshua Epperson of Lubbock, Texas, and Katlain Palmer with spouse Jordan Palmer of Tucson, Arizona. Michael’s love extended beyond his immediate family to his nieces and nephews, whom he adored deeply and who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
