Christopher Brett Webb, affectionately known as Chris, was born on February 1, 1987, in Demorest, Georgia. He passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 37, while stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas. We mourn the loss of the most beloved, loving, amazing husband, father, and best friend. His memory will be everlasting, and his legacy will forever continue to be honored.
Christopher graduated from Habersham Central High School in Mt. Airy, Georgia in 2005. In 2010, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a Combat Medic (68W). Christopher was a SSG stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas and dedicated over 14 years to the U.S. Army, including serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Throughout his military career, he received numerous awards and accomplished many feats. Christopher had the opportunity to live in various places and travel extensively. Additionally, he obtained an Associate of Science in Health Sciences degree from Purdue University Global.
Christopher had the most charming personality and a bright, contagious smile that easily captivated anyone he encountered. He enjoyed the simple pleasures in life; a peaceful evening at home with his family, playing cards, and watching TV. He loved watching college football, especially his favorite team, the Georgia Bulldogs. Exploring the outdoors through activities like hiking, kayaking, camping, snorkeling, and embarking on family trips brought him immense pleasure. Additionally, he took pride in his grilling skills and was hailed as the family's "Grill Master."
Christopher is survived by his wife, Kerri Webb; his daughters, Kailey Webb and Kendra Webb; and his son, Gavin Webb.
Christopher was a beautiful soul who was and will forever be remembered as a loving and dedicated husband and father, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. His absence is and will always be deeply felt, and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
A private service will be held for Christopher in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The Webb family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel.
