Alamogordo N.M. - The Alamogordo Police Department has released its weekly activity log covering August 3-9, 2026, documenting a diverse range of incidents across the community.

Summary of Major Activities

Violent Crimes and Assaults

The week saw several cases involving assault and battery charges, including domestic violence incidents, aggravated assault cases involving minors, and aggravated stalking incidents resulting in arrests and incarceration at Otero County Detention Center (OCDC).

Drug and Firearms Offenses

Officers conducted an agency assist with the White Mountain Drug Taskforce, resulting in multiple arrests for controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession, and firearm offenses including possession of firearms by felons.

Probation and Compliance Violations
