Voices of Alamogordo Forum to Host City of Alamogordo Parks & Recreation and Community Services Departments April 7, 6 pm

Alamogordo, NM – March 31, 2026 – The popular Voices of Alamogordo community forum series, produced by 2nd Life Media Alamogordo Town News and KALH Radio, will feature representatives from the City of Alamogordo’s Parks & Recreation Department and Community Services Department in an open dialogue with the public.

This engaging salon-style forum is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Otero Arts (Otero Artspace), located at 1118 Indiana Avenue at 12th Street in Alamogordo. The historic Pueblo Revival-style venue, a restored 1930s WPA building, provides a welcoming setting for civic conversation.

The event is free and open to the public. Community members are encouraged to attend and participate by asking questions, sharing ideas, and gaining a better understanding of how the city’s parks, recreation programs, and community services operate and engage with residents.

Chris Edwards, journalist, author, and host with 2nd Life Media Alamogordo Town News and KALH Radio, will moderate the forum. The discussion will be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person.
