i have known a number of people, both men and women, who have worked as federal/state/local prison staff - and heard their stories...it does not sound appealing. but, it is a job, and in these uncertain times that is better than no job.
well my goodness! distinguished local fellow cast aside because he was never confirmed by the senate - has it ever occurred to folks that the people whose job it is to enforce the laws, should conform to those same laws themselves? looks like irony ain't dead after all.
